La table du pareur, in Villeneuve-Minervois, is the restaurant of La Demeure du Pareur.
While the latter is housed in a Maison de Maitre with character, the restaurant is located in an old wine cellar.
At La table du pareur, the Villenovois have several alternatives: planchas (mixed grill if you like meat, parillada if you are fish), a Menu Carte, suggestions on the slate (this is a cuisine from the Marlet) !
Whichever formula you choose, you will delight in French cuisine bursting with the flavors and scents of the south. Don't forget to book your table!
