“My color is intense red with purplish reflections, my nose expresses notes of red and black fruits such as cherry and blackcurrant, finishing with spicy notes. My mouth is full and velvety, with an aromatic range reminiscent of the nose. I go very well with meat – white or red, grilled or in sauce – but also with cheese. Serve me even at the end of a meal.”
My nickname GSM comes from the grape varieties that make up my blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre.

“My color is pale and bright yellow, with green highlights, my nose combines aromas of lemon, mango and yellow fruits, highlighted by buttery and slightly toasted notes. The palette of aromas, the delicacy and freshness of the nose are found in my mouth, which offer excellent length and perfectly blended woodiness.

“My pale pink color with salmon highlights invites you to the pleasures of the table. My nose seduces with its freshness and its scents of small red fruits, citrus fruits and exotic fruits. My mouth delights you with its beautiful acidity on the attack, the elegance of its aromas, its volume and its persistence. I am the ideal wine to complement your aperitifs and grilled dishes, but I can easily pair with any other dish, as you wish! ". Grenache (85%) leaves a little room for Syrah (15%).
