Housekeeping service

Every care has been taken to clean and check your cabin before your arrival. If, however, you notice a breach or defect, please report it to us immediately so that we can take the necessary steps. We would like to inform you that, from time to time, small animals may enter between our passage and your arrival, given that we are located in the middle of the forest.

Laundry

All beds are made upon your arrival.

A sufficient number of towels await you in your bathroom. Towels provided in the cabana are not intended for use at the pool. However, we can lend you special pool towels, available at reception for a deposit.

Down again

For your greatest comfort, a recoat will be carried out every day between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m.

If you do not wish to be disturbed , or simply not benefit from this service, place the “do not disturb” sign on the exterior handle of your Cabin.

Let's preserve our water resources!

If you put the towels on the floor we will automatically change them, if you leave them hanging we will not replace them
