The Treasure Well

Since the restaurant opened in 2003, Jean-Marc Boyer's approach has remained the same: to offer cuisine that is both simple and elaborate, but always spontaneous and emotional. Cuisine of memory, heritage and terroir, which surprises with its creativity and accuracy.

Born in the south of France, Jean Marc Boyer started out in Narbonne at the 2* Michelin Réverbère, before moving to Paris where he trained for over 20 years in the kitchens of the greatest chefs.

At the foot of the four Cathar castles of Lastours, in a former textile factory overlooking the Orbiel river, he set up his restaurant Le Puits du Trésor and obtained a star in the 2007 Michelin Guide.
